A little about me!

Hi friend! I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Cate Campbell, a photographer based in Columbia, South Carolina, with a huge love for capturing genuine moments and meaningful memories. While South Carolina is home, I’m always down for a road trip or hopping on a plane for a session or wedding!

I’m currently a Junior at the University of South Carolina studying Public Relations (go Gamecocks!), and photography quickly became something I completely fell in love with. What started as picking up a camera in high school turned into getting to meet incredible people and capture some of the biggest moments of their lives, which is something I never take for granted.

I want every session to feel fun, relaxed, and true to you. Nothing overly stiff or awkward here! Something returning clients often tell me is how much they love how guided and comfortable the experience feels, I’ll help direct you through posing every step of the way while keeping everything fun, natural, and stress-free. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident while capturing the real moments in between, the laughter, movement, happy tears, and everything that makes your story yours.
